"WE CATER TO YOUR COMPANY"

Why Choose Us

Our commitment to accuracy and confidentiality sets us apart from the competition. We understand the importance of reliable drug testing and our aim is to get drivers tested quickly and back to work again, and we strive to provide top-notch discreet, and a fast turnaround service to all of our clients.

                                   THE  e-CCF PROCESS

The e-CCF simplifies the drug testing process for the employer, collector, lab, MRO and also speeds up the final results back to the employer. Fewer mistakes in the process lead to fast accurate results.

So, what is the process?

  1. After you order, our Company initiates the drug testing process online
  2. Testing authorization order form (Donor Pass) emailed to donor
  3. Donor arrives at the designated collection facility
  4. Collector scans barcode, enters data, performs collection
  5. Collector packages the specimen and sends to the laboratory
  6. Specimens arrive at laboratory and are tested
  7. Laboratory transmits results to the Medical Review Officer (MRO)
  8. MRO reviews and verifies results and forwards the final result to the employer

An e-CCF is an electronic version of the traditional, five-part, paper Custody and Control Form (CCF) – the document used for drug test ordering, specimen collection processing, and chain of custody documentation for regulated (DOT) and non-DOT drug testing programs. One of the biggest benefits is that clear, legible CCF images are delivered more quickly to the appropriate parties, such as the employer and the laboratory.

No more use of the five-part Custody and Control Form. Our customers can now order DOT or non-DOT tests electronically through our ordering system. When you place an order, the system will display collection sites available on our system that do not require paper custody and control forms. Collection sites are available throughout the United States.

Immigration DNA testing is a legal, scientifically rigorous process that verifies biological relationships for immigration purposes when documentation is insufficient or missing. This DNA testing is essential to confirm relationships such as paternity, maternity, or siblinghood. It must be performed by an accredited laboratory that follows strict protocols, with results sent to immigration authorities like the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The process typically involves a court-ordered request, collection of DNA samples via cheek swab from all parties, and analysis of genetic markers, much like the procedures utilized in drug testing services. Additionally, mobile testing services may be available to facilitate sample collection in a convenient manner.

Failing a Drug Test ordered by a healthcare provider may result in a referral to addiction treatment.

WHAT TYPES OF PATERNITY TESTS DO YOU OFFER?

Legal Paternity Test

This is our highly recommended test. If the child is under 18, it is strongly recommended that you choose this option. Results can be used in court to support any legal purpose, including: amending a birth certificate, child support orders, etc.

Has the alleged father recently died?

  • We can use a FTA blood card sample or DNA sample from the deceased. The sample is usually collected by the coroner or funeral home director. There is an additional fee for using a FTA blood sample card or DNA sample from a deceased individual. The results to this test may be used for legal purposes, such as SSI or survivor benefits.
  • If the alleged father is incarcerated or has been deceased for a long time (body is not accessible) but at least one of his parents are alive and available for testing, then a Grand parentage DNA Test is the best option. Paternity can be legally determined if grand paternity is proven.

Non-Legal Peace of Mind Paternity Test

If you just want to know the truth and you do not need a paternity test that is court admissible, then this is the best option for you.

What if I don’t want the alleged father to know about the test, or he refuses to come in for the test?

If you have a toothbrush, eating utensils, toothpick or finger/toe nails from the alleged father, we can use those items to test for DNA. Please call us at 281-862-8636  to get pricing and directions on how to preserve the items for shipping to the lab.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS TO GETTING A DNA TEST?
You book your appointment online or by phone, receive your welcome e-mail from the testing center administrator, show up for your appointment with Valid Government Issued Photo ID (all parties age 18 and over require ID), all parties involved will be swabbed, test will get shipped to our accredited laboratory, test results will come back within 2 business days, results will be e-mailed or read in office.

CAN I RECEIVE MY TEST RESULTS BY PHONE?

Results will be sent by e-mail or one of the parties involved can come to the office to pick up the results, or there can be scheduled time for administrator to reveal test results in office with all parties present in the event mediation or counseling is needed.
